We are rebranding to "CREATED IN HW" and adding vendors based on space availability, distancing protocol and management capabilities.
The vision of this local market is that it enables Horizon West residents to bring their passion to their own local community. To be considered, you must have a high quality and unique boutique or artisan product to sell and be based in Horizon West.

VENDOR FEE
Vendor Fee is due ASAP once confirmations are requested in the Vendor Family Group discussion for the next market date.
New vendors will be added to this group once your application is approved and agreement is signed and returned.
While no social posts are not guaranteed to any vendor, we do heavily utilize social content from the active vendors
to market the event as a whole. NO POSTS WILL BE SHARED FROM YOUR BUSINESS until the vendor fee is paid for the next event date.
Setup at the market is contingent upon payment. Instagram Feed Posts with the
market tagged are the required content for us to utilize in marketing campaign.
Amount will be communicated to you directly or in the Vendor Family Group.

Any cancellations less than 10 days before the date are non-refundable since marketing efforts
will have already taken place and the ability to fill that spot will not be as easy.
For cancellations more than 10 days out, your already paid fee will be noted as a credit and applied to a future date.
